Grand Opening - ACCENT: Monroe, LA

FRE helped ACCENT celebrate their newest customer service center grand opening on December 12, 2007. Tours of the facility focused on the features of the site, including:
- Conference and training rooms, offices, a community center, a 40-seat Learning Lab, three 25-seat training rooms, and a 320-seat production floor
- State-of-the-art fire detection system and ADT securing monitoring system with card –entry technology
- Generator and uninterrupted power source (UPS) to support electrical failovers
FRE was on hand to help congratulate the management team of ACCENT as they officially opened this call center in Monroe, Louisiana.
