The FRE Resources management team boasts more than 50 years of combined industry experience. This unparalleled knowledge combined with educational backgrounds in civil engineering, architecture, construction project management, and real estate allows FRE to offer our clients a unique perspective throughout the construction process.

Since starting FRE Resources in 1998, CEO Mike Flanigan has built one of the nation’s top real estate providers for the customer service industry. Mike gained experience from his role as Director of Corporate Facilities and Real Estate for Convergys Corporation. His responsibilities included site selection, acquisition, design and construction of all new facilities. These facilities are well-known for their state-of-the-art innovation and excellence. Mike decided that he wanted to focus his efforts on a niche market and began FRE to satisfy the needs of corporate facilities professionals.
