FRE Resources served as the General Contractor for this 154,028 SF build-to-suit for Verizon Wireless. The facility houses 1283 agents and was completed in eights months. FRE Resources was able to anticipate various building obstacles and offer proactive solutions because of its vast experience in the customer service industry and with similar projects. Wet soil conditions proved to be a major challenge and FRE overcame this by utilizing lime stabilization to reduce the moisture content for compaction.
