FRE Resources serves as the Design-Build Contractor for this 58,323 SF facility for TELvista. This build-to-suit location houses 600 agent seats and was completed in five months. FRE was able to utilize their industry specific knowledge to supervise the tilt-wall construction required for this project. The FRE team also worked with the client to design an integrated access floor system, flexible modular cabling system, and environmentally efficient center, which helped to reduce first-time and ongoing operating expenses.
