FRE Resources served as the Design-Build Contractor for this 25,000 SF build-out for Starwood Hotels and Resorts. FRE transformed this former warehouse into a reservation center housing 200 agents in only eight weeks. This was FRE’s third project for Starwood and the team was able to once again meet aggressive schedule and budget expectations of the client.
