FRE Resources served as the General Contractor and Project Manager for this 50,000 SF Wal-Mart remodel for SITEL Technology Services. This customer service center houses 430 agents and was completed in 10 weeks. The aggressive project schedule required FRE to prepare the facility for training in four weeks and first calls in six weeks. The FRE team was able to overcome this challenge by utilizing its national network of vendors to procure long lead items such as emergency back-up equipment, carpet tiles, and indirect lighting.
