FRE Resources served as the Design-Build Contractor for this 71,000 SF facility for Cardinal Health. This customer service center houses 397 agents and was scheduled to be completed 12 weeks from lease execution. While in for Permit the local zoning official declared the property needed to be rezoned. FRE worked diligently with the local officials to reduce this typically three month process to only three weeks. Even with the delay, FRE was able to meet the schedule by ramping up labor, phasing the construction, and by working with the inspection department daily without incurring additional costs for overtime. A unique feature of this site is the use of branding to make the agents feel like an important part of an incredibly successful organization. Cardinal Health firmly believes that this will have a tremendous impact on agent retention.
