FRE Resources served as the Design-Build Contractor for this 32,000 SF renovation for ACCENT. This facility houses 306 agent seats and was completed in twelve weeks. FRE was able to install temporary walls in the warehouse space and begin construction on the data room before the previous tenant vacated the building. This proactive solution enabled FRE to meet the expectations of the client’s aggressive schedule. FRE was also able to obtain two 70-ton air handling units in just three weeks by utilizing existing national vendor relationships and a direct-purchase program.
